There are faces we remember and faces we only imagine we remember.
The Company We Keep is a collection of small, intimate portraits—characters who emerge from watercolor, ink and acrylic, each seeming to carry a history of their own. At face value, they are strangers. And yet, there is something familiar about them… as though we may have crossed paths somewhere along the way. Perhaps they are people I have known, people I have passed, or simply faces that have been waiting in my imagination to be found.
Each one is an original. Each one has a story. And for a little while, they become the company we keep.
